Ive ordered a fibre broadband about 3 weeks ago and today is a live date. The engineer was booked between 8-1 and he just phoned me that due to COVID-19 he is not allowed to enter my property and install my internet (I urgently need it for my work..........). Fair enough, but then I got an email that I no longer need an engineer to run my broadband and it will be live today. I’m asking HOW? I haven’t recieved my router and it says on my account that is TOO EARLY to receive it.
i cannot contact anyone....
I have no idea what to do...
