So I’ve just moved house and I took my TalkTalk WiFi with me and today is my go live date but my router isn’t getting an internet connection, the light won’t change from solid orange and I’ve attempting resting and turning the router on and off. Any suggestions?

Due to the fact an engineer needs to go to the exchange or cabinet, this can happen any time during the day and officially any time up until midnight.
