I have a problem with slow speed throughout a day for couple weeks now. From ~9:00 am to 1am speed drops from ~50mb/s to 2-20mb/s. At night there are no problem. Spoke with customer support last week they said it`s cable problem and engineers are aware of it and will take to fix it 5-10 working days. Would make sense but why I have perfect connection at night...? doesn`t matter weekday or weekend. Done all router resets and everything. Anyone had similar problem and can help?

Ok thanks for confirming. Is the speed currently ok now? Could you run a wired speed test using the TalkTalk Speed Tester now and also another speed test when the speed drops please.

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which is clear and the sync speed looks very consistent. Can I just confirm, are you connected wired or wireless when the speed drops?
