As the firmware is showing as TTB (TalkTalk Business), are you a business customer , or are you residential, and is this a router you picked up yourself ?

Apologies, we wouldn't be able to update a business router incase the FW is a slightly different version to a residential router. There is no community for TT business and I can only suggest contacting them directly so that they have check if you have the latest firmware and update if needed.
