Given the latest reports of vulnerabilities in the HG635 can you provide a replacement?
I am on v1.14t which I believe is the latest but is obviously very old.

You are on the latest version of firmware for that model router. The Firmware is robust and secure, the potential Vulnerability mentioned in the recent article is because the admin login password is set to a default password, and some customers do not change this.
You can log into the router and change the admin password to something stronger.
