When I joined TalkTalk and was set up with Fibre Broadband, the deal came with a £100 M&S Voucher, but I have yet to receive this.
I asked around January time via an online form when I could be expecting it, but I've had no reply.
I joined TalkTalk in August 2020.
Has anyone got any advice to get this? We only chose TalkTalk as with this voucher it was the cheapest option.

I cant locate an account with a mobile number, Sorry.
If you can log into My Account, you will see both your landline and Account number, Either of these will do.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

Add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details, @DanielleF.
Go via your avatar/name; settings, Profile Wizard.
Look for a reply, Monday to Friday.
