I’ve only have my fiver broadband for a month! And my router keeps turning off I done a live chat before it got closed you sent and engineer out who couldn’t fix it I got told by him and manger would contact me in the 24 hours to get it sorted... I’m still waiting and I’m trying to work from home but been very difficult when the broadband want to turn off every 10 minutes I would like someone to contact me please

Sorry to hear about the issues with your service.


I have ran checks on the line and the best course of action would be to arrange for Openreach to investigate further. 



The next step will be to arrange an engineer visit to investigate further, to do this can you confirm:

  • That you accept potential Engineers charges
  • Provide availability, either AM (8am to 1pm) or PM (1pm to 6pm) between Monday to Friday.

To confirm you're the account holder can you reply to me via PM (Personal Message) with the following information: 

  • Full Name
  • Home telephone number or account number
  • Are you the account holder
  • 1st and 3rd characters of your telephone password
