Hi, I'm not sure I'm on the right thread, please excuse me if I am not. I've recently received an email with a price increase. I've been a member of talk talk for years, but in December 2020 I renewed to get faster speeds on fibre 35. My email states that I'm on an 18 month fixed conract. How can I get a price increase if so? Confused

Unfortunately, that's the way it is. They have abandoned the "fixed price" guarantee.
Your options now are:
If you are going to leave, make sure you call them to have it on record that you are leaving due to the price increase to ensure no early contract termination charges are added to your bill.
