Same problem I had back in November, which took about 3 weeks to get sorted. Hundred emails sent and hours spent through chat. And I am still thinking of the same reason, this is being done in purpose. Internet connection is fine throughout the day but when it comes near to 20:00 it shi* itself. They want me to upgrade to a new plan for another 18 months of this?? No thanks

Our Network Team have advised that they have identified a possible issue and are currently working to resolve this. I will post back here again as soon as they let me know that this should be resolved.
