Hi can anyone help my internet has gone down

Hi my internet was updated yesterday and it was fine then just after midnight it went off. There's an orange then white light flashing on the router. Can anyone please help.

If you actually do have Future Fibre, I can reinstate that post later. Really important not to post in several places for the same topic - it just causes confusion and can result in it being difficult to point you in the right direction for help.

I'll move that thread out of the way. 

 

I'll repost my answer from there on here, once I have edited it to reflect ordinary Fibre. Stick to this thread!

@lisawickhamxx2  you have posted this on both the FUTURE FIBRE and FIBRE boards which confuses matters as to what service you actually have.

 

What EXACTLY is your service with TalkTalk ?

 

Is it over a phone line or real fibre cable ?
