Hi could someone check my router please to see if its uncapped,I've got limited speed at 44mbs

Hello I've recently come back to talktalk and my speed is capped,I've had this issue a few years ago and one of the mains here sorted the issue for me,could someone please take a look for me thanks

Hi Peter,

 

I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault. Could you try powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then run another speed test please as this will reset the current session and can often increase the throughput speed.

THE OCEs will pick this up during office hours. Have you tried turning the hub off for 30mins and connecting to test socket to see if DLM adjusts the line?
