How do I re-book installation appointment for FF150

I need to re-book my installation appointment for my FutureFibre 150 install; I was unexpectedly admitted to hospital the previous day. How do I do this.

Made some progress, can now see the "chat now" on some of the pages, and it works, even tho the chat is offline to chat to an agent, will pursue further 2moro, I reset the flags in Chrome ["chrome://flags">reset all button" after looking at the developers tools which showed an error.

Have you made sure that pop ups are enabled and ad blockers off?

Tried it on my phone, still no chat button. I same issue before a while back on Chrome, but it worked in firefox now wont work anywhere

Chat is working fine on Chrome and Windows 10.

Some browser add-ons can suppress the chat button, especially in Brave and Opera.

This is what I can see right now at the bottom of the page in the link posted by @Debbie-TalkTalk
