How do I track a fault with talk talk / open reach

Guys help. My broadband went down 5 days ago… I’m working from home as and need internet back up!  I’ve been told open reach are looking at it but we have had no update from the call center and when ringing we get told yes there is a fault and we don’t know when it’ll be fixed? I need to track this ASAP to know help please

Sorry to read about the problems you've been having, I can see that Openreach have now repaired the issue at the exchange. If there's anything further you need, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

There are no staff on here at weekends, @Ben2021 and the queuing system means it could be several days before they reach your thread.
