How do I track my stays of the Openreach repair

I’ve reported my fault through TT, who have given me an Openreach fault ref.


which portal do I use? Could someone sign post me?

@Macca1921 ok there is i think not a page for it i am not aware off as i think they just give out job ref number for further ref.


can i ask when did the issue get reported and what was the issue


as the staff can check on here the stage it is at.


most jobs with bt optec can take upto 72 hrs but with c19 there is delays due to short staff and high level of issues.


please finish of ur profile so the staff can help when get to u.


the oce staff should reply soon with in a few days to a week.
