How do I update my Sagemcom FAST router software?

Good morning,

On running the TalkTalk speed test, I get a message that the Sagemcom FAST 5364 router software needs updating.  The current version is SG4K10002816t. I have never had this message before. Should I just wait for it to happen automatically?

We have fed this back. Our team are currently in the process of updating the router firmware to v136, which they are updating out of hours so your router should be updated soon.
