My Faster Fibre contract is coming to an end I want to upgrade to Faster Fibre boost. The only options in My Account are to continue with the same package or with a safety boost. The only contact number I found was 03451720046 but because of COVID 19 there are no operators to deal with upgrades. Is the best option to cancel and either come back as a new customer (or go elsewhere)?
