How to set up fixed addresses on LAN with sagecom modem/router?

I have an existing large network with many applications that talk to each other via fixed addresses on the LAN.

I have now moved to futurefibre and a Sagecom modem/router.

I cannot see any option to specify the IP addresses myself, although I can reserve addressess allocated by the router.

Any suggestions?

Hi @peter_thomson_ou

@Michelle-TalkTalk has asked me to help you. From what you said in your opening post, I think you want static IP addresses beyond those offered by DHCP Reserved addresses? If that is the case, these are allocated on the device itself, not the router. However, you will probably need to change the router's DHCP server's IP address range so as they are all outside of this range. To do this log into the router & go to:-

Dashboard > See Wi-Fi Settings > Manage Advanced Settings > TalkTalk Wi-Fi hub > DHCP

and look at the DHCP section.

Hi Peter

1st your router needs to be on version SG4K10002816t software or it doesn't work you may need to request an update.

You need to click on

See Internet Settings

Manage Advanced Settings

TalkTalk Wifi Hub

DHCP
