Hub dropping connection

Like some other talk talk customers our hub randomly reboots itself during the course of every day for the past few months. BT open reach have already been out to test both outside & inside and all is well albeit they confirmed the router was faulting the line when tested compared to one he used. A new hub router was sent by talk talk but we still have the same problem. What next Talk talk?

I've completed a line test which has detected a possible fault and engineer visit will be required.
