Inconsistent latency lag when loading videos and gaming

Experiencing some latency lag where the ping would spike very frequently and remain unresponsive. it is also affecting the video quality, the videos are struggling to play at even 720p

with constant buffering

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault, however I can see that the sync speed is varying. Is there any noise on the line? Has the set up changed at all since this was set up by the engineer or has any new equipment been connected to the line?
