Instagram & Facebook issues on Wifi

Hi! 

 

When connected to the wifi neither indtagram or Facebook will work. If I disconnect the WiFi and use mobile data we have no problems! This is now the case for our Xbox! It will not work through the WiFi but will through my data hotspot on my iPhone! I use social media for my business so can’t carry on at this rate, help me please! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear this. Are you using HomeSafe? If you are then have you checked your HomeSafe settings? Which router are you currently using? (make and model)
