I'm a University student who recently moved into a new property. I currently do not have access to Wifi.  With the UK going into lock-down in and all my uni work being online i wont be able to do any work. My installation data is in 2 weeks and I'm incredibly stressed. My data is completely run out. I understand with the pandemic everything is just so much more difficult for everyone but i need help!!

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
