My TalkTalk internet installation was supposed to be yesterday 15/04/2019 and I’ve still not had anyone turn up. I’ve been without WiFi It’s been a month now and I can’t get through to TalkTalk customer services in anyway. Could anyone suggest what may be the best thing to do!

Right now we are prioritising essential maintenance and repair works to minimise engineer visits. As a result, some customers who require an engineer visit to install TalkTalk broadband will have their appointments postponed, with vulnerable customers taking priority. Is there an option to re-book your engineer appointment in My Account?
