Intermittent Issues, dropping and high ping

Hi,

 

When I joined talk talk the service initially was good, I opted to stick with my own router which is a Asus AS68U connected via a bt fibre box.

 

Recently my connection becomes slow then intermittently drops and my son is not the best amused as his Fortnight ping increases and the game lags.

 

Help required with the issue please

Hi Chris,

 

Lights don't change from normal status and both wired and wireless connections are affected when the issue occurs.

Do the lights change on your router or modem when the connection drops?

 

Are both wired and wireless devices affected?
