Intermittent WiFi drop

Hi,

 

When I joined talk talk the service initially was good, I opted to stick with my own router which is a Asus AS68U connected via a bt fibre box.

 

Recently my connection becomes slow then intermittently drops and my son is not the best amused as his Fortnight ping increases and the game lags.

 

Help required with the issue please.

Hi Swamy, looks as though you have a couple of threads running, might be worth your closing the other. Welcome to the community. Your post has been flagged for assistance but I'm sure you will find the first request will be to connect the talktalk supply kit. Second will be to check your community profile and add your landline phone number if necessary.
The team here work office hours so it might be Monday before you get a response.
