Internet completely disconnected from 11pm onwards

My Internet completely disconects from 11pm until early hours, I'm in day 8 of stabilisation, also drops out sporadic times of day ?? Its driving me mad

Hi 👋

Internet was fine last night, had activated and deactivated home safe, that I see an another blog, line was given the all clear today from bt engineer, so fingers 🤞that I'm going to have a stable line at night from now on, thanks for the help 👍

Hi,

 

Thanks for confirming. If the connection is dropping at the modem and the set up hasn't changed then the next step would be to arrange an engineer visit to the property. Would you like to go ahead with this and we can confirm some details with you?

No changes on set up, when it disconnects the modem open reach (white one ) has only 2 green, usually 3 on, thus causing Amber light on router, its connected to wan on back of router ( red ) ?

Hi Matt,

 

I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault, however I can see re-connections on the line. Has the set up changed at all since this was set up by the engineer? When this happens do the lights change on the router or the modem?

Yes wired and wireless.

Yes it's disconnected for last 3 nights, have to run a line test in morning to get back online !

Very strange!

Has it done this every day at a set time?

Have you tried running a Line test in Service centre?
