I'm on fiber and all has been well until recently when it temporarily drops when receiving or disconnecting from an incoming landline call, seems to be OK with outgoing calls.
I could live with it but working from home it always seems to happen in the middle of a video meeting which I then have to dial back into once reconnected and usually after a couple of minutes.

Thanks, think I may have resolved issue following your link, Have added a micro filter to an existing phone extension, which had been in use and never caused any issues in the past 20 years of having broadband, but which has seemed to do the trick for now.

Is the home phone line clear of any noise etc ?
Also, do you have a 'Test Socket' ? If so, connect the router at this with a new filter, and make a test call to your land line and see if it drops at this point.
