Internet intermittent

I was told by Talktalk that if I upgraded to fibre my internet would be much faster and there would be no drop out problems. Well, nearly a year later and many complaints, my internet keeps dropping out. I have read similar complaints and see that nothing has been done about this. Talktalk cannot or will not address this issue.

There many unstisfied customers out there with exactly the same problem, and I believe there is no other option!

I think I will have to just give up and get another service provider.

What speeds were you promised and what are you seeing

Which router do you have

How often does the connection drop

Have you the same issue connected WiFi and cable

Have you tried resetting the router
