Internet keep on disconnecting

Hi, since two days ago, the internet keeps on disconnecting from time to time and getting more serious today. Each time it happens, the router will blink in orange light and after few minutes it will get back to white light and internet established. It was happened around 5 times on Friday, more frequent on Saturday and today every now and then it is disconnecting. I run a connection test it is stated that some issue found and route me to chat team while chat team is not available until Monday. I am using phone internet now. Please help.

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault. Does your main socket have a test socket? Is there also any noise on the voice service?
