Internet keeps dropping on broadband

Since about a week ago my internet keeps dropping many times a day. I noticed a lot of errors on the dsl status could there be a fault on the line ?

HI Chris,

The engineer actually called in to check line as when he did a test on the line
he said it was ok. All seemed good at the master socket as well !!. So he reset
the line and the speeds came back upto 38mbs down and 10mbs up as they
should be.

Today download speed seems a little down in the low 20's but more importantly
haven't noticed any drops on connection and error count is zero so far.
So seems problem is fixed somehow.

I have run through all the checks in the service center now and just got an email saying there is a fault on the line and engineer is called to fix it.



Thanks Divsec for the suggestion.

Also the up&down speeds had been running at about half normal (10/38mps) and i thought this may be due to demand but maybe it is due to a fault.

Hi @bytes have you tried the service centre in my account? Is your phone line noisy?
