Internet speed 1mbps!

Have been working from home for the past 8 months the Internet has been  terrible and to make things worse I work for a Internet provider that installs 900mbps and where I live I get talk talk 1mbps wired or wireless many re boots later no change can't even open the Web browser also getting 0.0upload speed not a fair service for over £40 we pay.

@Tanyaayhan, are you out of contract?

 

Which package are you on?

 

Probably Fast Broadband, rather than Fibre to the cabinet?
