I've reset multiple times, both router and modem. I've been through the troubleshooting process, and it felt like I was given the middle finger at the end of that process. Infuriated that there seems to be very little weekend support. Can anyone please help!

What service are you on and which make/model of router are you using?
What lights are on the modem & router?
