Hello,

I ordered Fibre 150 on the 21.04.21  The BT engineer is due to come in 2 days time 06.05.21. Ive still not received my router so I have checked my account on the website and it just says error. It doest mention anything about tracking of any orders.

 

i have an acount number and order nuber which i have added to mny comunity page inthe private info.
