Hi,

 

Wondering if someone can test my line speed please. Was getting a great 70mbs dl and 18mbs ul but over the last few days it won't go near 30 mbs dl and 10mbd up. Checked router broadband info and its synced to 30mbs dl and 10mbs up.

 

Much help is appreciated

Hi TexasPete,

 

Could you switch your router off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes then switch back on and retest, please let us know how you get on

Hi, my line profile is now 104128 maximum downstream rate and my downstream line rate is 79650 like before but at my router via ethernet I'm only getting 40mbs. Any ideas please?

Hi TexasPete,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line which has detected a loop fault which can sometimes be caused by internal wiring or equipment connected to the line. Does your master socket have a test socket? If it does then would it be possible to connect the microfilter and router at the test socket so we can re-run the line test again please?
