As I previously reported (https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Fibre/Under-guaranteed-speed-of-my-account/m-p/2784372), our speeds are still below are guaranteed speeds.
Can you please arrange an engineer visit to address this asap.

Thanks for posting the link, @SteveDavies182. The previous thread would have fallen out of the workflow after so much time, which explains why your last post on there was not picked up.
