A few months ago I was told, after installing the new router, that a Faster Fibre line was not currently available and, in order to get one, I would have to keep trying by repeatedly signing up for it as follows
"Please keep this email and your reference number (200611 - 000872) safe. This is so you can refer to this email when you speak to our Loyalty Team regarding your upgrade. Failing that they can see my notes on your complaint reference (1-000006-395185-0).
My question is - How do I contact the fibre Loyalty Team?
