I moved into my home yesterday, and talktalk sent me an email saying my router was there and it's all up and running. I haven't received my router therefore I have no wifi.
Can anyone help please

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

It could be Tuesday before staff reach your thread - they work Monday to Friday, @AnnTurner, and will have a backlog after the weekend, replying from oldest to newest posts.
