Got in touch with openreach during the whole "home move" procedure, and was told that there "was not need for an engineer to have access to the flat". But the only master socket I have in the new flat is an NTE5A virgin media.
I basically took my current talktalk router to the new flat with me, plug it to it anyway, and got a confirmation from both openreach and talktalk that there aren't any problems with my line. But of course, no internet.
Advice on how get in contact with openreach?
