Moving homewith Talktalk

Hi. We are moving home in a couple of weeks and want to take the service with us, Unfortunately there is no phone line into the new house and we need to know what how to procede, who to contact.

Been there already. I could do with chatting to someone online or over the phone. Do I need to contact BT for the phone line or can TAlktalk provide the line?
