Hi there.
I currently have the talktalk FTTP data only 500 plan. We are going to be moving house in the next couple of months however the house is only served by FTTC. No FTTP available.
What will happen to my current FTTP contract? Can I change it to FTTC or will the contract be cancelled then I'll have to sign up again? Am I going to be charged a termination fee?

Hi
You should be able to complete a home move with our customer teams however they will move your service to FTTC at the new property. Done this way and remaining with TalkTalk, there would not be a termination fee.
