As martswain mentioned the issue is with the browser, adblockers and pop up blockers (usually running in the background of the browser), will be the cause of the problem you are seeing if you can disable them for My Account you will be able to access it..
There is usually a setting in the privacy section of the options.

There have been issues with browser extensions, ad and banner blockers and some AV suites affecting the correct display of My Account.
Turn off those features or try another browser.
