My Fribe 150 can't go live

I booked a request for upgrade my service to Fibre 150. It's suppose go live on 25 May 2021. Engineer has came and install but unfortunately open-reach engineer told me the cable is not
enough long reach to my home so they need to reschedule to do the setup. And also told me will came back in a week to finish it. so i wait a week but no one is show and I called up and contacted your Future Fibre team a few times about my situation. I just want to know when it can go live and the operator just told me to wait for the open-reach to re schedule.  I already requested it like two months ago. It doesn't make any sense to make your customer wait without a deadline.‌😡
