I did a live-chat with Nazleeanne for an upgrade of my package from faster fibre to fibre 150, booked appointment for 17th August between 1300 - 1800hrs but no show. Now, the internet / wifi at home is so horrible now that I am already contemplating changing a provider as this terrible service cannot continue.
I would still like to give a benefit of doubt.

I'm showing that the order for fibre 150 was cancelled shortly after it was placed.
I would advise that you contact our customer Teams directly and place a new request if you still want to go ahead with the upgrade option.
