Hi,
I used to have fibre before but when I moved to my new place (SE3 7RP), I've been told by your services that I couldn't get it in this area.
I've been a customer for a long time and recently my internet connection has slow down a lot. I still work from home and I really need a faster connection.
I received a letter from a new company which will provide the fibre in my location next year. If you can't give me the fibre, unfortunately, I will have to switch with this new company.
I really hope that I could find a better deal with you instead of this new company but I won't have the choice if I don't get what I need with you.

Im really sorry, we have no control of the availability of broadband its down to the Openreach (BT) network that we use.

Hi @LallyBerry18 welcome to the club, I am exactly the same, but I decided to move home, Talktalk didn't make me. If you have someone offering fibre next year, lucky you, Tt will probably be able to offer it then as well.
