As title says ... no super fast fibre for 8 days ... post tlktlk engineer visit , Outreach contacted and all obvious tests done ( as it is not the 1st time !!! this happens )....txt msg sent to notify all is well !!! but obviously is not ... tried different modem router nothing !!! phone helpers very polite and friendly but limited in helping ... Outreach is the issue in my case and lack of accurate communications ...what to do ? go with BT ???
