NO power to router

Hello ive got a problem with my router not getting power , it was working find until the next morning . is there anyway i could get a new one sent out or what would be the best thing to do

im on 150 fiber so it shows my phone number as [ fttp number ] but it has my mobile number as well if that helps

I can send you a replacement router. Just to confirm, have you added the correct landline number to your Community Profile? (please do not post the number on this thread)

i've tried the router in multiple sockets and there's no life ill pop on tomorrow see if they can help

Hi @alex31x,

 

If you have tried it in another mains socket that you know works, and it is still not working, then the staff here will be able to arrange a replacement router for you. They will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow to help.
