My wifi keeps dropping out. My account says I have 7 connected devices, I do not. I cannot find a phone number or a way to get help. It seems once you are in they are not interested.

KeithFrench has a wealth of experience dealing with WiFi issues and can really help. If he thinks the router itself is at fault, he will let us know and we can dispatch a new router.

I think you will get better help from the TalkTalk staff on this forum or myself. Do wired devices (Ethernet) drop out at the same time?
What make/model of TalkTalk router are you using, there is a label on the rear that will identify this.
