New Faster Fibre Slow

Hi,

 

We renewed my contract on Wednesday for Faster Fibre. but the speed is still 21mps, and not 73 like it was before. seems it's not been updated?

OK thanks Mark. I've raised this to Openreach for further investigation. If you don't hear anything beforehand can you bump the thread on Friday and we'll check for updates

Hi @Mark-Anthony have you tried a 30 minute reboot. Switch off the router, wait 30 minutes then restart?
