My wifi has stopped working for both 2.4 and 5 GHz channels, have performed a reset to no avail, when connecting to the router via ethernet both channels show as disabled/down despite having the toggles set to on, have tried toggling them on then off again but this has not helped.
Do I need a new router to solve this?

I'm really sorry to hear this.
I've ordered you a replacement router and a returns bag, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
Let us know how the connection compares with the replacement router.
