Have just got the new Wi-Fi Hub but can't for the life of me find where to change the initial log in admin password. Can anyone help please?

I have just renewed my faster fibre contract and said I wanted the new Wifi Hub as I was a longstanding loyal customer. They said I would need to pay £30, I suggested there must be someone there who had the authority to waive the £30 charge. There was and they did! So now have new hub FOC 🙂
