I have just had my service setup and have been sent the sagecom wifi hub, all was good this morning then suddenly the wifi stopped working.
Logged into the router and and it shows as wifi disabled yet the switch shows green. Turned it off and on an no luck.
Followed the guides on here and reset it and still nothing.
If I use the wired connections it works perfectly it just wont enable the WiFi.

I have exactly the same problem. Line was activated yesterday, I connected up the new hub at around 10:30pm and all was working fine, by the time I woke up in the morning, the wifi was disabled, despite being set as enabled.
Restarting the hub did not help. Is the hub faulty?

@Paulfinney316 first bills are usually a little more than the contracted monthly rate.
They cover the period from "go live" to the first billing date PLUS the next month from the billing date.
TT bill in advance and not arrears, so next month it will your expected monthly rate.

I received the new router yesterday.
Worked fine but ibe woken up this morning to the exact same problem.
The wireless states its enabled, but then is disabled.
To be able to work I've had to buy 2 powerlin adapters but as it is right now I still cant use any of my tablets or roku streaming devices.
Also you sent me the same 'upgraded' sagem device with the same firmware version.
You have also not given me the details for your complaints as requested and then this morning, 4 days into the contract I get a bill in my inbox for more than was agreed.
Please sort this asap

Well the latest is that now with the old router, wired via the ethernet ports the connection works for about 10 mins then drops, then I have to use the pin reset switch for it to work.
Im WFH today so this is not a great introduction to Talk Talk can someone PM me details for your complaints team please?

Apologies for this.
I've ordered you a replacement router and a returns bag for your current router.
Please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive. Let us know how you get on.

The version is SG4K10002816t
Its not a great introduction to the service bearing in mind I've had it 6 hours. Is the router not under warranty? Its not fit for purpose if its called a wifi hub

If you log into the router, can you see what firmwar version the router is using.
